Every person have dreams. Dream to be a rich man. Dream to have the most beautiful wife or handsome husband. Others might have dreams to own classic cars worth millions. Everybody have dream that they want to achieve. Otherwise what for we are so stupid to work very hard and finally failure is the result. Even then you have to start again, may be with different strategies or approaches.. the point is to achieve something that is your dream.
So how to make it happen ?. To achieve your dream or dreams. Let see, whether you agree with those steps or strategies as below.
Something important to you.
Choose something that inspire you. For yourself most of all. Not for other. But later you can share it with others. It must be your own, not from other people suggestion. It must be purely from your own.
What is the goal.
Now specify the goal that you want. The goal that you want for yourself to achieve.
Set the date.
Fixed the date to achieve the goal. It might be a year or ten years. Be practical about it.
Write the goal.
Write it down and put it anywhere that you can see it everyday. A place like, infront of your bed, where you can see it before you go to sleep and when you wake up very morning.
Action and Focus.
For example if you want a car. Start to survey what car you prefer? At what price?. Or you intend to get a house. Start to search the house your like. It location or what design that suit you. Then how to have it?.
Review your Goal.
Review and check from time to time whether you are getting closer. Think of what alternatives that will help you. Get advices from others to help you stay on track.
No matter what you want to achieve, without being focus, you may get misled. Be positive about it and put up extra effort toward it. The dream will be come true, eventually.

The Recipes For Success
Now friends, everbody want to be at their peak of live. What it is? You had been struggling start from the day you were born until now what had you achieved ? Are you satisfied for what you have now? What I mean now. Don't think about tomorrow, the future. Now, what you got. Look around at you. What you see? Are all these make you happy?
Friends, when you receive your pay, are you happy that day? Wow I have my pay, now!. What am I going to do with it? You will start to count all the distributions of the pay. Is this enough? What about my car loan. What about my children education. Oh this bills, that bills. That loan, this loans. What about my credit expenses. Oh dear...enough or not.
Now get rid of those worries. You know why you worries? Its, something in your mind. It a state of mind, a deposition, it reflects in our mood and personality. It moulds our perspectives and preferences. It's how we look at things. Its can be created and modified. Thus our behaviour impact our SUCCESS. It is our own ATTITUDES.
So let change. Let start from beginning now.
Change your attitude, a POSITIVE ones.
First, think and realise what you need and must want to. How ?. It called 'spaced repetition' Expose yourself six times during six days of the positive attitudes or ideas. Human behaviourists estimate that by doing that you will retained 62% of the idea after 15 years. The second way is to be affirmed on the ideas. Being positive affirmation will gives positive impact on ourself. So by seeing ourselves will impact on how we act and how we act impacts on our SUCCESS.
SKILL greatly help.
What have you learned so far ? How much knowledges had you gained ? What are you expert with? In other words, what are you good at. With what you got, is it enough, for you to proceed or start your steps. If the answer is NO, get the skill. Acquire it. It can be learned and developed. Go..go.. get the SKILL. Soft and technical skil,l both are required.
Set your GOAL.
This is what you want to achieve. Goal will keep you there. It make sure that you stay on the tract and aimed at the SUCCESS. Set the goals for own improvement: make sure it REALISTIC, SPECIFIC, MEASURABLE, ACTIONABLE and TIME BOUND. You must emphasize on personal and professional goals.
Finally.. set your PLAN.
Develop a realistic ACTION PLAN, to achieve your goal with POSITIVE AFFIRMATIONS to guide you all along. Slowly by following the action plans, you will see your life changing. Remember, the plan must be also REALISTIC, SPECIFIC, MEASURABLE, ACTIONABLE and TIME BOUND. Also remember, without goals for improvements you will become slaves to the system, to the process.
Conclusion.

Obstacle To AN EFFECTIVE Team How to Overcome
A team may usually consist of individuals coming from various background and skills. The deversified characters and opinion may create obstacles that are impossible to overcome. Common ways in which a team fails and practical tips to overcome as elaborate below.
Leader Is A Weak Link.
Some times leader of a team mislead it team away from the team objectives. You as a member in it, may take the responsibility to take up the slack, but not to go above or overtake the authority, but to compensate the weaknesses with your own strength to serve the team.
Personal Conflict.
If the personal conflict among members not been overcome and address properly it will be a bomb shell for the team to break apart. At this situation, the work to be done must be stress out loud. Get everybody focus to the team. Otherwise someone have to leave.
Uneven distribution of team load.
In this situation one or two are burden with work loads which eventually create unhappiness. No one can carry the entire team workload for long. Leaders of the team initially must spell out clearly and distribute the role evenly among members.
Self Interest.
Stressout that the team objectives are the top priority, otherwise self interest will slip in. Task must be carried out to the team outmost. If this behaviour beyond control, it may create and erode the trust among the team members.
General Soluton.
Sometimes a open dialoque need to be called to those that distrupting the team. Be careful if it doenot work, then everybody have to leave the team. No team can works if it members are not focus to their objectives. Thus no success can be achieved at the end.

Members Skill and Responsibilities
In any team, each members must play their part in order to achieve their goals. You watch a football game, see how the team members work together to get their goals. Everybody must play their part and submit their responsibilities. So in this aspect of role playing each team members must know what they want to accomplish as well as some basic skills can make the difference in the team experience.
Each everyone of the members try to help to develop, follow, and enforce the team's policies and procedures. These setup of rules will guide and confine the members of mutual respect and obligations - from a simple thing like meeting attendance, and even to complex issues like to handle conflict or disagreement.
Thus also each members must know how to collaborate. That is in contributing ideas, generating alternatives, contributing ideas, generating alternatives or even expressing what is on their mind without feeling intimidated or without being ridiculed. everyone must be given a chance to contribute.
Once ideas are on the table, team members have to know how to reach decisions through consensus. Develop a common views of the problems and obstacles, and move to the possible cause of action. So here ,if it happen, conflict must be viewed as a chance to explore differences and diverse views on the problems. Means in a team no one "win' an argument.

Making A Team Work.
Who can go it alone in a business world ?. Only to those who had magnificent ideas and insights are all in a day's work. The rest of us need the help of others who pool their talents and creativity, their energy, motivation, and support into work teams to achieve a common goal or goals.
Todays, teams are the way work gets done in organization. Individual contribute brilliant ideas and continue to make insightful decisions, but eventually those ideas and decisions are improved or implemented in the context of a team.
A team is define as a group of individuals that have a common goals, something that everyone understand and believes in. In to achieving the goals is clearly the reason the team exists. People have to work together to achieve the goal.
People on a team are dependent on each other's expertise, perspective and efforts. When the power of those different perspectives and skills are effectively and efficiently brought to bear on a problem or challenge, the results can be awesome.
Finally, when a team goal is achieved, there is a payoff for all the team members. Achievement is shared, rewards are distributed, everyone wins.
In making a team, firstly, is to have all members pay close attention to how ideas are expressed, whether team members are listened to and included, whether the team is working. Thus being attentive to the team process is a critical ingredient to success.
Secondly, a team wants to be world-class needs to stop and ponder how it is doing as a team every once in a while. Improvement comes through reflection.
Thirdly, remember, there are skills that sharpen the effectiveness of a teams. These skills can be learned and practiced by the team.
